Welcome to KBOSS. By accessing, browsing, or using our website, mobile applications, coaching services, educational content, or any other services provided by KBOSS ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

KBOSS provides faith-based business coaching, mentorship, and educational services designed to help Christian entrepreneurs build and grow Kingdom-minded businesses. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• Group Coaching Programs: Collaborative learning environments with fellow Christian entrepreneurs
• Educational Content: Online courses, workshops, webinars, and training materials
• Community Access: Membership to our private community of like-minded business owners
• Resources & Tools: Business templates, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies
• Events: Virtual and in-person conferences, retreats, and networking events

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be prohibited from using our Services under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

You may not share your account credentials with any third party or allow others to access your account. KBOSS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees and Billing

By purchasing any of our Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your designated payment method for all fees incurred.

5.2 Subscription Services

Certain Services are offered on a subscription basis. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

5.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our coaching and educational services, all sales are generally final. However, we offer a satisfaction guarantee for certain programs as specified at the time of enrollment. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within the specified guarantee period and are subject to our refund policy terms.

6. User Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with Christian values and professional business ethics. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of KBOSS or any third party
• Share, distribute, or reproduce any proprietary content without authorization
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other members or staff
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Services for any fraudulent or misleading purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Services
• Collect or harvest personal information about other users without consent

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate termination of your access to our Services without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property associated with KBOSS Services—including but not limited to trademarks, logos, course materials, videos, documents, frameworks, methodologies, and software—are owned by or licensed to KBOSS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.1 Limited License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, KBOSS grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7.2 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials from our Services except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

8. Confidentiality

During your participation in our programs, you may receive or have access to confidential information belonging to KBOSS or other participants. You agree to:

• Maintain strict confidentiality of all proprietary information
• Not disclose confidential information to any third party without written consent
• Use confidential information solely for the purposes intended
• Respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow program participants
• Not record, screenshot, or capture coaching sessions or community discussions without express permission

This confidentiality obligation shall survive the termination of your membership or participation in our programs.

9. Termination

KBOSS reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination may include, but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Conduct that is harmful to other users or to KBOSS
• Failure to pay applicable fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement or government agencies

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Services will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. KBOSS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.1 No Guarantee of Results

KBOSS does not guarantee any specific business results or outcomes from participating in our programs. Your success depends on numerous factors including your effort, dedication, existing skills, market conditions, and other variables beyond our control.

10.2 Not Professional Advice

Our Services are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making any business decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KBOSS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Loss of data or goodwill
• Service interruption or computer damage
• Cost of substitute services
• Any other intangible losses

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO KBOSS IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Evening Shades, Arkansas.

12.1 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
